      Nathaniel Hall 9 Dec 1716. Could some of these children been born during the King Phillips war when Suffield was
      deserted?

      David Winchell under date 25 April 1673 sold to his brother Nathaniel all of his paternal estates lying on the west side
      of the highway at Windsor. In the record of voluntary contribution for relief of families distressed by "King Philip's
      war," David Winchell stands credited for 2s 6d ‑ date 1676. From this time David disappears from the Windsor records
      and subsequent history is found in the records of Suffield, Conn.
      Stiles lists a second marriage to Sarah Griffin 1 May 1672. This is an error pointed out by TAG 1948, p49‑50.
