[Examined original records on FHL film #4553, Hartford Probate Dist. , Vol. 13, pp. 55, 57, 59, 174-6] The abstact above seems accurate. Paid debts were mentioned but no amount was given. The distributions seem to be only from the "moveables." The inventory was long and totaled £1911,10s and included lots of farming items - equipment, crops, and animals including 30 sheep. The real estate included £100 for a house and £40 for a barn also 17 parcels of land, some in Haddam and on the east side of the river, totaling about 343 acres valued at about £738. Some land was labeled as in Haddam. He was said to be "of Middletown." in the inventory so was the unlabeled land in Middletown?
