  will date 29 Aug 1704, probate 18 Apr 1717 I Daniel Price of the town of Brecon in the county of Brecon Mercer being well in body and of a sound mind and memory provided be almighty god do make and publish and ordaine this my last will and testament in manner folowing First I commend my soul into the hands of almighty god my saviour and .. and my body tto the earth to be buried in christian burial and as to my temporal estate with ye hath been pleased to endow me with all I dispose of the same as followeth .. I do devise and bequeath to Elizabeth my well beloved wife all my messuages burges house lands tenements and horsch tenements with the appurtanences situate lying and being in the town of Brecon and in the several parishes of Llywell .. St Davids and Cantriffe in the county of Brecon and in the parish of Disserth in the county of Radnor .. and to hold all singular the .. to my well beloved wife her heirs and assignes forever and I do constitute and appoint the Elizabeth my loving wife is to be the executrix of this my last will and testament in witness whereof I have hereunto put my hand and seal the day and year above written Daniel Price second son per gravestone
