      To my daughter Mary Awbrey ye sum of 200 pounds and to my daughter Ann Awbrey ye sum of 200 pounds to be paid to each of them at the time of their respective marriage with their mother’s consent
      to my son Timothey Awbrey the sum of one hundred pounds
      to my eldest son William Awbrey a particular mark and love to him twenty guineas
      I likewise constitute make and ordaine Elizabeth my well beloved wife my sole and only executrix of this my last will and testament to whom I do give all my personal estate goods household stuff cattells chattells and debts owing by book bills and bonds all corn in my house rye corn and hay growing on ye ground to pay the aforesiad legacys above mentioned

      Whereas I the within named william Awbrey have by my within written will given and devised to my daughter Ann Awbrey the sum of 200 pounds .. whereas the said Ann Awbrey is sometime dead now I the said william awbrey do hereby revoke annihilate and make void this clause and legacy .. 26 Feb 1702
