The Wentworth Genealogy describes Andrew Kennedy Jr's father as Capt. Andrew Kennedy of the Navy. Does anyone have any record of this Capt Andrew Kennedy (Sr) or his wife? There is a person attached, with a spouse named Elizabeth Lee, but this appears to be a different Andrew Kennedy, of Virginia (but I'm reluctant to simply delete the relationship without further information). I'm hoping some old Boston-area records will eventually provide a clue, but can't find anything online yet. There might be a clue in the connection with the Pitcher family.
