2901 Confusion in birth date.
The Massachusetts Town Clerk and Town Records shows "Susana" was born 8:1:1651. At that time the date system used had the year starting on March 25 and ending on March 24. March was the first month and February was the 12th month. This system changed in 1752 from the old Julian calendar to the Gregorian calendar, which we now use. Therefore, 8:1:1651 would have been 8 March 1651. However, the person indexing the record probably did not know about the dating system used at the time she was born.

Her Find a Grave Memorial 82475704 shows birth on 8 Mar 1652 which is close.

I noticed that the first born sons of her sons were John Wellington, George Wellington, Solomon Wellington etc

David, Abijah, and Jonathan Wellington were in Cazenovia, Chenago New York in 1800. Madison county was divided off with Cazenovia. Cazenovia is south east of Manlius, Onondaga

The Town of Cazenovia.

Cazenovia is one of the five towns that were organized previous to the erection of Madison. It was formed from Whitestown and Paris on March 5, 1795, and was originally of very large area, containing the territory of what are now the towns of Georgetown, German, Lineklaen, Otselic and Pitcher, taken off in 1798; Sullivan, then including Lenox, taken off in 1803; Smithfield in 1807, and a part of Fenner in 1823. The town is on the west border of the county and is bounded on. the north by Sullivan, east by Fenner and Nelson, south by De Ruyter, and west by Onondaga county. The surface is high and rolling, through which extend the valleys of the Chittenango and Limestone creeks. Cazenovia Lake is a beautiful body of water in the north part, four miles long and from half a mile to a mile in width. Chittenango Falls is a picturesque cascade on that creek where the water falls 136 feet. The soil is gravelly loam in the north and central parts, and clay loam underlaid with hardpan in the southern part. Most of the town is underlaid with the rocks of the Hamilton group, with the Onondaga limestone appearing in the northeast part, where it has been extensively quarried for lime and building purposes.

2906 Could she be Mary Boughton?
More explicit research is needed but Patron carolynles@comcast.net reports she was 3rd wife of John Stockbridge; she may also have been a widow of Robert Sone; a Thomas Broughton had a wife & dgtr Mary (too young) but refers to a brother William in England; her dgtr Mary named a son Broughton.

Documentation for Israel (1759-1843) and David Parshall (1762-1836)
Want to note that we have added a Revolutionary War Pension Application (and rejection) that shows he is a brother to David Parshall. We also added David Parshall's Revolutionary War Pension Application (and widow Sarah's) that shows Israel is a brother. They provided testimony for each others record of service. The records give many details that need to be added regarding places of residences. One comment regarding Israel's application is that it is very odd that he never mentions a wife and children. A comment was made in the file regarding that. On the other hand, David's pension application tells the details of his wife and children and a family Bible document is submitted. andrea bartley for kent hatfield (Nov 2023)

Daniel or Domingo supposedly married more then once. The second wife Sarah Allin married him either in 1663 or 1666. The date is important in determining which children belong to each wife. Currently the Ancestral file shows all the children belonging to the 1st wife Sarah Crow. If the 2nd Marriage were in 1663, only the 1st child would be Sarah's. If md in 1666, Sarah and Mary would have been Sarah's. All the other children showing would have been Sarah Allin's. Lieutenant Daniel White
Son of
Elder John White
(7th Great Grandfather of Linda J. McCrary Gravitt)

Lieutenant Daniel White was probably born in Hartford Connecticut as early as 1639. He settled in Hatfield, Mass., about the year 1662, as appears from the following entries on the town record of Hadley. "Jan. 21: 1660: 61. This day Daniel White had a hundred pound lot given him beyond the river, and his father John White Ingages for him." Dec 12, 1661, there was a renewal of the grant to Daniel White, "provided he be resident on his allotments in March next." His homelot was on the west side of Hatfield Street, the fourth lot south of the Mill Lane, or road leading westerly. Other lands were allotted to him, and the records of Hatfield show that he was a farmer. He was frequently called into the service of the town. Before the division of Hadley, he was chosen a constable in 1666, and one of the selectmen in 1670, but the records of the town officers previous to 1677 are mostly lost. During the twenty years after 1678, Daniel White was eight times chosen one of the selectmen of Hatfield. He occasionally held other offices, and was often appointed on committees for attending to various town affairs which called for the exercise of discretion and sound judgment. He was also active in the ecclesiastical affairs of the town. The title of Lieutenant is first given him on the records in Dec 1692.
He died July 27, 1713, being probably not far from 75 years of age. By his will, dated July 11, 1713, he gave £4 to the church in Hatfield, and constituted his only surviving son, Daniel, his executor. Previous to his death he had given a part of his land to his son, Daniel, and to his daughter Hannah; but he left a large estate for those times. The inventory amounted to £363, not including the homestead and some other property, which was appraised in 1719, after the death of his widow, at nearly £300.
He married, Nov. 1, 1661, Sarah Crow, daughter of John Crow (Linda J. McCrary Gravitt's 8th Great Grandfather) and Elizabeth Goodwin. Her father was an early settler of Hartford and Hadley, and became one of the largest landholders in the colony of Connecticut. Her mother was the only child of Elder William Goodwin and Elizabeth White (9th Great Grandparemts). Elder Goodwin was a fellow-passenger with Elder John White (9th Great Grandfather), in the ship Lyon, and was one of the leaders in the settlement of Hadley. Sarah Crow was born at Hartford, Mar 1, 1647, and was but 14 years and 8 months old at the time of her marriage. She was one of seven daughters, who married into some of the best families in the valley of the Connecticut. A high authority in such matters has said, "Those Crow girls made smart women." Mrs. Sarah White died at Hatfield, June 26, 1719 at the age of 72. Her inventory shows she was not only well supplied, but seems to have been a little extravagant for that day for one residing in a small town.
Their children were:
Sarah, born Oct 15, 1662, married (1) Thomas Loomis, Mar 31, 1680 (2) John Bissell, Nov 12, 1689
Mary, died 1664
Mary, born Aug 5, 1665, married (1) Noah Wells, he died 1712, (2) -----Barnard - Probate Records at Northampton show that her name was Wells in 1713, and Barnard in 1717
Elizabeth, born Nov 13, 1667, married Dea. Samuel Loomis July 2, 1688, died Feb 18, 1736
Daniel, born July 4, 1671 Married Sarah Bissell and others.

Hannah, born July 4, 1674, died in infancy

This source is considered the definitive bio of Richard Brownson, according to the Society of the Descendants of the Founders of Hartford. According to Timothy Lester Jacobs, Genealogist with The Society (from the Society web site as of Jan 2020): "There are several genealogies dealing with Richard Bronson, none of which can be recommended due to numerous confusions between the children of Richard and his brother John, and the maintenance of a myth that the three Bronsons of Hartford were children of a Richard Bronson. The only definitive work on the Bronsons is that of John I. Coddington in “The American Genealogist” Vol. 38 article “The Brownson, Bronson, or Brunson Family of Earl’s Colne, Essex, England, - Connecticut, and South Carolina”. This extraordinary work, which was intended to be continued, ceased after 1963’s Volume 39. In 1987 he had deposited his papers at the New England Historic Genealogical Society in Boston." https://www.foundersofhartford.org/the-founders/richard-bronson/

Person note
PETER JOHANNES QUACKENBUSH was the first son and third child of Johannes Pieterse Quackenbush and his wife Magtel Janse Post. He was born probably at Albany or near there about 1678, and married 19 November 1701, Neeltie Marinus daughter of David Marinus and Rachel Hanse. According to Sanders he is the Peter who moved into Montgomery County, and became the ancestor of all the Quackenbush families west of Schenectady. He was buried 20 July 171*8.
The children of his daughter Magdalena and John Collier are registered in the Church at Ft. Hunter, Montgomery County, N. Y.
The story is told that his oldest son, David while working for Captain Scott, was asked by one of the other employed men to say a good word for him to Captain Scott's daughter, Ann, which David did rather reluctantly as he admired Miss Ann himself. Then the story is very much like the story of John Alden, for some encouragement from Miss Ann, David proposed and was married to her 11 May 1723.

2947 Death date of Hannah Phelps
In the record "North America, Family Histories, 1500-2000", as attached to both of her parents, the death date of Hannah is given as 24 March 1695. As noted previously in Hannah's sources and records there are other Hannah Phelps born in the New England area around this time. From the information I have it is believed that this death date is in error and most likely relates to a Hannah Phelps born 25 October 1693 in Simsbury, Connecticut as per Family Data Collection - Births on Ancestry.com who is the daughter of Joseph Phelps and Mary Collier and which record notes she "died early in life". Other records on Ancestry show this latter Hannah died in October 1710 at about the time of birth of her first child born 15 October 1710. I researched for any female by the name of Hannah Phelps who died around 1695 while young in the New England area and could find nothing on FamilySearch, Ancestry, FindMyPast or MyHeritage. Therefore I believe the date is spurious and should not be relied upon in any way.

In Lucile Weston (Smith)'s records, there is a picture pedigree chart that shows a man named Alva Benson's picture next to Rachel Henrie, as if they were married and were the parents of Melissa Amanda Henrie. Could this be an error?
Answer: No, Rachel Pugh came to Utah with the Latter-day Saints in about 1864. In Hyrum, Utah she met Alva and was married to him. The fact that Rachel gave Melissa and Morgan her maiden name would presume that perhaps the relationship with Joseph ended.

Wood County was formed in 1798 from Harrison County (now in West Virginia). It became part of West Virginia in 1863.

Rachel gave land to her son Morgan in 1875 that Joseph Pugh had given her in 1841.
Rachel may have never married Joseph Pugh. Her children kept the Henrie name.
